I was looking for a new salon to take care of my hair. Went to 18-8 and could not have been happier. I was introduced to Terri and she was fantastic. I had longer hair and wanted it cut shorter but was concerned. Terri listened to me and asked questions before she started styling. I could not have been happier with the outcome. She did a great job of cutting and styling my hair and I walked out of there looking younger and feeling better about myself. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this salon for taking care of your grooming needs.
I can't speak highly enough of Sabrina. I've been going to her 7 years and she delivers amazing quality every time. The rest of the team is friendly and attentive as well and I always have a good experience at 18/8. Highly recommend!
Don't usually write reviews but I've been going here for the past couple of years and every time it's been a great experience. Had Emily as my stylist. She helped me find the best style for my hair, delivered every single time, and held great conversation. Definitely gonna miss coming here!
Very good and professional haircut but i booked the famous executive haircut plus a beard trim 4515 min. Was done in 35 min with everything which is still ok because good work done but didn’t get the neck and shoulder massage which I paid for. In the future it would be good to inform the Stylist/Barber of what has the customer paid for. I paid for a full 74 service but experienced only part of it. (Update) Owner called apologized and offered a voucher etc all the good stuff. Review changes to 5 stars
